ERGOX J.A.R. SL reserves the right to carry out the modifications that it considers opportune, without previous warning, in the General Conditions. Such modifications may be made, through its websites, by any means admissible by law and shall be binding during the time they are published on the web and until they are not validly modified by subsequent ones. Nevertheless, ERGOX J.A.R. SL reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, some Particular Conditions of Contracting with preference to the present General Conditions when it considers it opportune, announcing them in due time and form.

The duration of the contract will be linked to the delivery of the product without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

All products indicate the selling price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Delivery and transport costs
ERGOX J.A.R. SL. delivers in Spanish peninsular territory, Balearic and Canary Islands.
Shipments to the Canary Islands:
- Shipments to the Canary Islands: 22€ fixed. Customs expenses at destination included in the amount of the shipment.
The shipping costs will be applied depending on the shipping area and the amount of the order. The customer will be able to visualize the costs before making the purchase.
Execution of the order
ERGOX J.A.R. SL. informs that the delivery times will be from 1 to 3 working days, depending on the stock of the product and the date of receipt of the order, These deadlines are understood maximum and begin to compute at 0:00 hours of the working day following the one in which the CLIENT received the communication of “order confirmation”.
Orders received on Friday from 1:00 p.m. onwards will be processed on Monday, the following day of the operation. Weekends do not count in this calculation.
During holidays, vacations and long weekends, delays in the shipment of orders will be indicated.

The availability of the products offered by ERGOX J.A.R. SL. may vary depending on customer demand. Although ERGOX J.A.R. SL. updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time. In case of non-execution due to unavailability, ERGOX J.A.R. SL. at the time it becomes aware of this situation will notify the customer by email. The period of this communication will not exceed in any case the maximum period of 30 days. ERGOX J.A.R. SL. may give the double option: to supply the customer without price increase, a product of similar characteristics or higher quality, or unless justified and demonstrable reasons by ERGOX J.A.R. SL. within the same period pay the sums paid for the cancelled order.
Right of withdrawal, returns and complaints
The buyer will have a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, from the day the customer receives the product, without penalty and without indicating the reasons.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made by notification through communication, by sending an email to INFO@MOCHILASERGOX.COM, sending your letter to our postal address CANAIMA STREET No. 2, 25110, ALPICAT, LERIDA, or through the withdrawal form.
According to the provisions of Article 103 of Law 3/2014 of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, can not be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.
The return
The customer must return or deliver the product directly to ERGOX J.A.R. SL. at the address CALLE CANAIMA Nº 2, 25110 ALPICAT, LERIDA, without any undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal of the contract is formalized. The deadline shall be deemed met if the customer returns the product before the end of the period.
The customer shall bear the cost of returning the product.
In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, in order to avoid transport problems, please make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we check that the item/s, as well as any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the money paid.
Refund of payment
The refund of the amounts received by the customer will be made using the same means of payment used by the customer, unless otherwise provided.
ERGOX J.A.R. SL. may withhold the refund until the product has been received, reason for withdrawal, or until the customer provides proof of return of the same, depending on which condition is met first.
Return of the defective product.
In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to this, are not the result of the customer, the customer shall be entitled to return the product, informing ERGOX J.A.R. SL. the reason for return through any of the means provided in these conditions of contract, and at no cost to the customer. This return for reason of defect or bad condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.
ERGOX J.A.R. SL. undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to return the product for a new one in accordance with conditions accepted at the time of sale.

Should any controversy arise, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
