Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link so you can track your order in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to some european countries that are available as delivery country at checkout. We are working to expand our reach and offer international shipping in the future.
When does the lead time start?
Delivery time starts from the moment your order is confirmed and you receive the confirmation email.
How can I know the delivery time for a specific product?
The delivery time for each product is indicated in its description. If the product has a delivery time of 8 to 10 days, this information will be clearly specified so that you can make an informed decision before making your purchase.
Can I choose the type of shipment I prefer?
The shipping type is automatically assigned based on the product you are purchasing. The product has a fast shipping outside spain of 72 hours, that will be available as country of destination at the end of your purchase.
Delivery and transportation costs
ERGOX J.A.R. SL. delivers in Spanish peninsular territory, Balearic and Canary Islands as well as to several countries of the Euro zone in the European Economic Community.
The shipping costs will be applied depending on the country and the area of shipment, as well as the amount of the order. The customer will be able to visualize the costs before making the purchase.
Shipping outside spain: 25€ fixed. Customs charges at destination included in the amount of the shipment.

Return your order with ease.
How can I process a refund?
To process the return you must access the corresponding order from your customer profile and request the warranty by filling out the form.
This form will guide you to tell us what is wrong with the product(s) you purchased from us and click submit. Once we receive your request, we will indicate you the next steps of the process by email.
From the moment you request it, the time for you to receive a replacement product or the full refund of the returned item will begin to count.
Once the return has been authorized, you will be able to send the product to the following address: ERGOX J.A.R.SL., C/ Canaima Nº 2, 25110 Alpicat, Lérida.
Can I return an item?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased item, you can return it within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive it.
In order to exercise the return rights, the items must meet the following requirements:
- Must not have been used, washed or damaged.
- Must retain original labeling, accessories and manuals
- Must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition.
No returns will be accepted for products that:
- Products that have been used.
- Products that have not been received by the customer.
Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, after checking the condition of the same, we will proceed to refund the total amount of the purchased items that have been returned by the same means through which the payment was made.
The shipping costs of a return shall be borne by the customer.
In the event that the item is defective, we will bear the costs incurred as a result of such return.
Warranty
Your purchase is fully guaranteed.
What is the warranty on the products?
We guarantee all our products against any manufacturing defect for a period of two years from the date of purchase invoice.
If the product presents any manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced by a new one or equivalent (according to the manufacturer’s criteria). The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of the product as well as those caused by natural wear and tear or improper use of the product.
IMPORTANT: The invoice is essential to exercise your rights as a consumer and to apply the warranty.

PayPal
It allows you to send payments online securely and conveniently. The PayPal network builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global real-time payment solution. PayPal offers a service specially designed for those who are not satisfied with traditional payment mechanisms.

Credit card VISA or MASTERCARD
All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All information you transmit to us travels encrypted over the network.
Likewise, your credit card information is entered directly on the bank’s website, at the bank’s POS (Point of Sale Terminal) and is not entered or recorded on any ERGOX J.A.R. SL. server.
When paying by VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
This payment method is valid only on the web.
When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and recredit entries in the accounts of the supplier and the cardholder shall be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for refund was not the result of having exercised the right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, he will be liable to ERGOX J.A.R. SL. to compensate the damages caused as a result of such cancellation.
Prices and taxes
All products indicate the selling price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT) whose value will vary depending on the tax applicable in the country from which the purchase is made.
If any other tax is applicable, this would be indicated (IGIC or IPSI).
